Four Points by Sheraton Coral Gables

I was hesitant to stay here due to the mixed reviews. The hotel overall was very clean and the room was a perfect size with all the amenities. While I was not able to utilize the gym or the pool, I did check it out and it looked very clean and well taken care of. I requested early check in for my reservation, not know if it was possible. Diego at the front desk was super helpful and was able to get me checked in early. I would definitely stay again when I come back to the area!

The best Services Ever in the breakfast area. There is a person, her name is Andrea. She is really good, take care of the customers. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Nice hotel with great location. The room was very spacious. But very outdated, especially the shower. Barely water running and water going out on the floor. I liked the service and the fact that they complimented us with a free breakfast. My room had a connecting door and I could hear very loud and clear the noises from the room next to me, that was very annoying. But Overall, a good stay.

Last minute decision to stay in Coral Gables due to flight cancellation and was very happy with this property. Clean and quiet hotel, in a terrific location and is clearly well managed with friendly staff. Andrea, who hosted and attended to a busy breakfast crowd, was outstanding, patient and someone who represents the hotel well. Overall was a great experience and would highly recommend.

I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Coral Gables for 2 nights before our cruise and then 1 night after our cruise. Our flight landed at 11pm so we didn't get to the hotel until about 12am. I had alerted them in the Marriott app prior and they were very accommodating about it. Night staff that checked us in were very nice and friendly. The room was clean, if a bit small. I did not think it was odd that they only had double beds if you wanted two beds. We made due. The bathroom is very big and I appreciated the walk in shower. I despise tubs. Beds were comfortable, if again, a little small. When we checked back in for our last night, it was about 11am and our room was not ready yet. No problem, they took our bags and it was ready at around 2pm. We did have breakfast the next morning and it was pretty basic, hotel breakfast with a few hot items and a fruit bar. All in all, very little / no complaints here!

Our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Coral Gables was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Amir at the front desk was incredibly personable, welcoming, and attentive. He made check-in smooth and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What we appreciated even more was that Amir checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. That level of genuine hospitality truly made us feel valued as guests. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, creating a visually appealing and welcoming atmosphere. Every area of the property felt well maintained and inviting. Our room was very comfortable, and the bed was especially great—perfect for a restful night’s sleep after a long day. The overall environment made it easy for us to unwind and enjoy the stay. One of our favorite parts of the property was the pool area. Watching the sunset there was spectacular. The view created the perfect place for us to relax in the evening. Breakfast at the restaurant was also a highlight. Yunelis, our server, was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. She made the breakfast experience even better with her warm service and attention to detail. It was truly a great way for us to start the morning. Overall, the combination of comfortable accommodations, beautiful spaces, and outstanding staff made this a memorable stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality from Amir, Yunelis, and the entire team. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Coral Gables and would gladly stay here again in the future.

Had a very late check in at 2:30am. Rose was amazing. Was very informative and saved us from confusion. Was able to accommodate our situation and went out of her way to our floor to take care of us. She could have put off the request or simply not done it. But she was able to get an extra bed to our room before we even made it to the floor. Never seen that before. Shes a gem

Went to the bar for a couple of drinks with a friend and was taken care of by the bartender Kristhel who was absolutely amazing! Sh was extremely friendly and on top of everything. Everything came quickly and was served with a smile! She made our experience super fun
